IPAC Is ADA Compliant

If using IPAC for a formal performance or assembly we can flexibly seat up to 50 attendees and need to say goodnight to our audiences by 9:00PM (seating capacity to expand and closing time to extend by 2021/2022)

Studio One as a studio

Floor: Sprung, nonstick, white Marley surface

Sound System: Two channel sound system with a mixing board with inputs for an array of digital devices including bluetooth, a cd/dvd player, and an equalizer

Includes: Portable Barres and Mirrors

Regular rehearsal rate for Members: $12.00 per hour

Regular rehearsal rate for Non-members: $18.00 per hour

Teaching rate (classes & workshops) for Members: $24.00 per hour

Teaching rate (classes & workshops) for Non-members: $36.00 per hour

Special Usage including Conventions, Conferences, Auditions, Lectures / Demonstrations, Informal Performances, Official Meetings, Master Classes, Art Exhibits, Photo or Video Shoots, Receptions, and more rates for Members: $100.00 per hour / for Non-members: $200.00 per hour

Studio One as a White Box Media Theater

Options: flexible option for up to 3 Wings stage right and stage left, a Lighting Board, a limited Lighting System, a Sound Board, 4 White Walls for Projection, and Projection Availability

Members: 1 Show $500, 2 Shows $1000, 3 Shows $1500, 4 Shows $2000

Non-Members: 1 Show $750, 2 Shows $1500, 3 Shows $2250, 4 Shows $3000


  1. Minimal lighting

  2. Exclusive use of Studio One for up to 14 hrs for load-in, tech, dress, and load-out*

  3. Exclusive use of Studio Two 1 hour prior to showtime(s)

  4. Exclusive use of the Lounge & Kitchenette 1 hour prior to showtime(s)

  5. All cleaning and theater set-up & break-down assisted by IPAC staff member(s) during tech, dress, and showtime(s)

  6. IPAC staff member(s) on hand to supervise all showtime(s) and load-out

  7. You/Your show featured on IPAC’s website, social media, and in any and all IPAC marketing efforts - We will do our utmost to promote you and your event  

  8. If needed, assistance connecting with designers (lighting, sound, costume, etc) and /or collaborators (composers, musicians, visual artists, etc)

  9. Theater Management including professional production guidance, advice, and support along the way

  10. Short-term storage space for costumes etc

You are responsible for:

  1. Additional Lighting

  2. Projectors

  3. Lighting Designer / Operator

  4. Sound Operator

  5. Stage Manager

  6. Ushers

  7. Technical Crew

  8. Load-in & Load-out

*Please note that these hours are currently tentatively reserved on the schedule Monday-Thursday 9pm-12pm (‘off hours”) and Friday 5pm-7pm. This is because we presently need to keep the schedule as open as possible while welcoming our inaugural members and accommodating their usage of the space. Many thanks in advance for your flexibility around your load-in and technical and dress rehearsals. Load-out needs to take place immediately after your last performance.
